PancakeSwap Boosted Markets

PancakeSwap Boosted Markets allow Liquidity Providers (LPs) to use their Uniswap/PancakeSwap V3 positions as collateral while continuing to earn trading fees.

📌 Overview

Traditional AMM LP tokens are often capital inefficient—they sit in a wallet earning fees but cannot be borrowed against. Peridot solves this by wrapping the V3 NFT position into a fungible ERC-20 "Vault Share" token.

1. Wrap: User deposits NFT into V3LPVault4626.

2. Receive Shares: User gets ERC-20 shares representing their portion of the pool.

3. Supply: User supplies these shares to Peridot's PancakeBoostedDelegate market.

4. Borrow: User borrows other assets (e.g., stablecoins) against their LP position.

🛡️ Inflation Protection

To prevent "donation attacks" (inflation attacks) common to ERC-4626 vaults, every Pancake Boosted Market requires a minimum "Dead Seed".

• A small amount of shares must be permanently locked at 0x...dEaD.

• This ensures the exchange rate cannot be easily manipulated by donating assets to an empty vault.
