# PancakeSwap Boosted Markets

#### 📌 Overview

Traditional AMM LP tokens are often capital inefficient—they sit in a wallet earning fees but cannot be borrowed against. Peridot solves this by wrapping the V3 NFT position into a fungible ERC-20 "Vault Share" token.

1. **Wrap**: User deposits NFT into `V3LPVault4626`.
2. **Receive Shares**: User gets ERC-20 shares representing their portion of the pool.
3. **Supply**: User supplies these shares to Peridot's `PancakeBoostedDelegate` market.
4. **Borrow**: User borrows other assets (e.g., stablecoins) against their LP position.

#### 🛡️ Inflation Protection

To prevent "donation attacks" (inflation attacks) common to ERC-4626 vaults, every Pancake Boosted Market requires a minimum "Dead Seed".

* A small amount of shares must be permanently locked at `0x...dEaD`.
* This ensures the exchange rate cannot be easily manipulated by donating assets to an empty vault.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://peridot-finance.gitbook.io/peridot-protocol/technical-architecture/evm/boosted-markets/pancakeswap-boosted-markets.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
